High Intensity Interval Training and Tabata Training are very similar methods, based from strength and cardio exercises. Each are structured with long bouts of intense, all-out 100% effort followed by a very short recovery period. These methods are designed to increase caloric expenditure long after your workout is complete, making these a JIM favorite. 

Circuit Training is a structured class, broken up into several rounds or "circuits", with multiple exercises in each circuit. Focusing on strength, power, balance, endurance and all over muscle toning, Circuit Training is one of JIM's foundational principles.
